Day & Associates Guarantee: Retaining Day & Associates does not cost you anything. We work for you on a contingency basis which means we take a percentage of what is recovered for our fee. If we do not recover, we do not get paid. You owe us nothing at the end of the day unless we recover for you. At the end of the day, if there is no recovery, there is no fee. It is the Day & Associates guarantee.
